The F Phrygian Dominant Mode has a Major quality due to its Major Third A. The Phrygian Dominant Mode, like F Phrygian Dominant, is based on the F Phrygian Mode but has a raised (by a semitone) Third A. The F Phrygian Dominant Mode is classified as a heptatonic scale as it has seven notes, F, G♭, A, B♭, C, D♭, E♭.
