The Suspended Fourth Chord doesn't have a definitive quality because it lacks a Major or minor Third interval so is neither sad nor happy. Suspended Fourth Chord contains the notes C, F, G. The Suspended Fourth Chord is a Suspended type chord which means the Third has been replaced, in this case with the Fourth F.
